The easiest way to immigrate to Canada to work as an unskilled worker is through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). For example, suppose you are a truck driver and want to move to Canada to work. In that case, the easiest way to make the Canadian visa application process easier and faster is through these three Immigration streams.

  • AINP (Alberta Provincial Nominee Program)
  • OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program)
  • SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program)

HOW CAN I BECOME AN UNSKILLED WORKER

There are four major pathways for Unskilled Jobs in Canada for Foreigners to enter Canada: the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), the Atlantic Immigration Pilot, the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot, and the Agro-Food Pilot. The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is the most common route.

Provincial Nominations Programs (PNPs)

The Provincial Nominee Program is intended for foreign employees who want to come to Canada and have been offered a position in the country. Each province and territory has its unique program, with its own set of qualifying criteria, which is intended to fulfill the specific labor requirements of the province or territory. The quickest and most convenient method of receiving an ITA (Invitation to Apply for permanent residence)

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIP)

Aiming to attract foreign workers to Canada’s Atlantic provinces, the Atlantic Immigration Pilot is targeted at those who want to settle in one of the following: Newfoundland and Labrador; Prince Edward Island; New Brunswick; and Nova Scotia. When applying for the Intermediate-skilled Stream, you must fulfill all of the criteria, including having a full-time work offer in Canada, particularly in one of the four provinces previously stated.

The Immigration Pilot Program for Rural and Northern Areas

This program enables you to work in Canada’s agricultural, meat processing, and animal production industries while also pursuing permanent residence in the country. An offer for a full-time position in Canada and at least one year of non-seasonal work experience are required for entry into the program.
